Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to allow me to fill your time slot.
Missed Appointments
If a client fails to cancel their appointment and/or no-shows, they will be responsible for 100% of the services scheduled. Exceptions will be made for emergencies.
Late Arrivals
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment. All attempts to reschedule will be made. If I do not hear from you 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment it will be considered a no-show and charged as such.
